Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, we do accept bulk/wholesale orders depending on product availability.

Do you sell original products?

Yes, all our products are carefully sourced and checked to ensure quality.

Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, we offer guest checkout, so you can place orders without registering.

Do you have any age restrictions?

Yes, customers must be 18 years or older to shop on our store.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver to all locations within India.

How long will delivery take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days and delivery take 5–7 business
days depending on your location.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹700. Standard shipping
charges apply for orders below this amount.

Which courier partners do you use?

We ship with trusted partners including Bluedart, Ekart, DTDC, Delhivery,
XpressBee, EcomExpress, Amazon, and Shadowfax.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and
SMS. You can also check status anytime on our tracking page.

Payments Related

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available. However, we require a 20% advance payment to confirm COD orders. COD orders are also verified via phone before dispatch.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹700. Standard shipping
charges apply for orders below this amount.

Which payment gateways do you use?

We use PhonePe and Razorpay to process payments securely.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. An unboxing
video is mandatory for return/exchange approval.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers pay a fixed fee of ₹100 for return shipping, which is deducted
from the refund.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are sent to the
customer’s bank account/UPI.
